It's Your PC will be dedicated to help you take back your computer from the limited and restricted proprietary computer operating systems. I am not trying to convert anyone, it has never been my goal to do so. I only wish to assist those who are ready to try a new way of doing things, a way that doesn't limit what you can do with YOUR PC. The only limitations are the ones you place on yourself.

 I am no guru, geek, or expert, just a simple man who enjoys trying new things who loves the freedom that alternative opensource operating systems and software offer. It is nothing more then the desire to share what has been freely shared with me that motivates me.

 My main focus will be opensource software, but will not be limited to that and that alone. Quite often in networks, and when transferring information and documents between operating systems and applications there will be a need to discuss methods of doing so. I will attempt to cover the relevant aspects of this communication and interaction between the different platforms. I will attempt to keep things simple and provide as much information as possible without providing so much information that it becomes overwhelming. Obviously there will be instances when covering every minute detail will be impossible, so the basics to get things going will be my focus.

 
 I will try to keep things interesting, simple, and orientated toward the new Linux user. I will have a few contests and a few other fun things to do.
 
 I hope the information, tutorials and How To documentation will be helpful, informative and easy to understand. Check back soon and often I am hoping to have something new each week.
